We recently underwent a small rebranding here at William Avery Photography thanks to the help of Karima Creative! To celebrate, we’re doing a couple giveaways! Please read the instructions on how to enter down below. The deadline to enter is December 29th and the winners will be notified and then announced on our Instagram account on January 10th, 2024.

A DESTINATION WEDDING/ELOPEMENT – This can be in the US or International! We’re looking to pick up a few more of these each year and would like to gift one to a lucky couple to kick off 2024. This includes up to 8 hours of photography coverage as well as an online gallery. ($6,000 value!!!) We will most likely interview a couple finalists so that we can ensure the wedding fits our brand as well as make sure that we are the right photographer for you!

AN ENGAGEMENT/COUPLES SESSION – This is for any couple whether you’re dating, engaged, or married! Let’s celebrate whatever stage of life you’re in together! This session will need to take place before August of 2024 and within 75 miles of Charlotte, NC unless you’re willing to pay a travel fee for a location outside of that radius. ($650 value!!!)

OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE DESTINATION WEDDING/ELOPEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY GIVEAWAY:

You must be 18 years or older to enter.

If you win, airfare and lodging are NOT INCLUDED. 

Your wedding/elopement date must be between March 1st of 2024 and August 1st of 2025.

A contract must then be signed within 3 weeks of winning. The travel expenses must also be paid within this time frame. 

You must have a date set when entering this contest. If you’re currently finalizing a date, please feel free to enter, and we’ll discuss further. Your wedding must be on a day that isn’t already booked by William Avery Photography. 

Couples who have already booked William Avery Photography are not eligible to enter this contest. Also, you cannot already be contracted with a different photographer.

The winner will be chosen by William Avery Photography, and all decisions are final. We may interview a couple finalists to ensure we’re the right fit. The winner will be announced on our Instagram account on January 10th, 2024.

This elopement giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.
